COVID-19 Procedures
To remain in compliance with the state’s standards for a retail establishment, our client occupancy is 22, masks are required. Friday and Saturday are done by appointment for the new puppies that are coming in but we will are able to allow some walk-ins for playtime for the others that are available. For the remainder of the week, walk-ins are welcome and an appointment is not needed.
We have a short term Layaway program available to hold your new puppy at the store until you are able to take them home.

How our scheduling and walk-in system works:
- On Sunday a schedule of posting times will be listed for next weeks pups.
- The pups will post on Tuesday, this is an advertisement before they get to the store.
- On Tuesday at the specified time, you will want to text me with the pup of your choice and I will call you back in the order I receive those texts to set an appointment for Friday or Saturday. To schedule contact Mark at 330-715-2957
***Please wait for a return call from Mark to confirm an appointment, it may take up to a half an hour to get to everyone. - The new pups for the week are brought to the store on Friday afternoon. You can still call the store to set an appointment for Saturday 513-755-757
- After Saturday we do walk in’s only and no longer take appointments.
~PLEASE NOTE: A reservation is extended as a courtesy to that client and they will have first pick on that puppy. A deposit is not required however we do ask that at the end of your appointment you give us a yes or no answer, holds can not be extended beyond your appointment. Appointments are not set for those who want to come in and play, we allow walk-ins for play time. Thank You!
